Terms and conditions
Jeton’s West Ham United Squad Signed Jersey Giveaway (“Promotion”) is organised by LA ORANGE LIMITED, trading as Jeton (“Organizer”).
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who:○ Are at least 18 years old.○ Have a verified Jeton account.○ Reside in the UK or EU.○ To be eligible for the prize(s), participants must meet all the conditions of the giveaway(s) before the closing date/time of the giveaway(s).
2. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must:○ Follow @jetonpayments on Instagram.○ Like the giveaway post.○ Comment on the post and tag a friend to join the giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway starts on 23 January 2025 and ends on 31 January 2025 at 00:00 GMT Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random via https://simpliers.com/en/games/list from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be notified via a direct message on Instagram and results will be announced on our Instagram stories.
5. Prize: The prize consists of three West Ham United squad signed jerseys, with three winners each receiving one jersey.
6. Campaign Rules:
○ This campaign cannot be merged with other campaigns.
○ Each participant can only enter once and is eligible to win only one jersey.
○ Participants cannot comment using multiple accounts to gain additional entries.Otherwise, Jeton holds the right to reject providing the reward(s).
7. Limitations of Liability:
○ Jeton shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.
○ Jeton does not accept responsibility for any technical issues or malfunctions that may affect the entry process.
8. Dispute Resolution:
○ In the event of a dispute regarding the giveaway, Jeton’s decision shall be final.
○ Participants waive any rights to claim or dispute the outcome of the giveaway.
9. General Conditions:
○ By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
○ Jeton reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behavior.
○ The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
○ This giveaway is conducted by LA Orange Limited T/A Jeton, The Shard Floor 24/25, SE1 9SG, London, United Kingdom.
10. Personal Data: By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with Jeton’s privacy policy.
11. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random for applicable prizes from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The results will be announced via direct message on Instagram, as specified in the promotional materials.The prize(s) will be sent to the winner(s) in due course with the previously announced time plan. The time needed for the reward(s) to be sent to the user(s) may vary depending on the external factors (i.e. physical delivery, transaction duration) and Jeton can not be held responsible for any delay.
