- Once you upload everything, Jeton will review it. This usually takes 1 business day. Once you’re verified, you’ll get an email, and you’ll have full access to your account!
3. How long does it take to send and receive money?
Jeton is super quick with transfers! Here’s how it works:
- Sending money: If you’re sending funds to another Jeton account, it’s instant, money moves right away!
- Receiving money: If someone is sending money to you, it’s also pretty fast. However, if the funds are coming from a bank or another payment method, it can take 1-3 business days.
4. What’s my Jeton ID, and how do I find it?
Your Jeton ID is your unique identifier for transactions.

- Open the Jeton app.
- Tap on your profile icon (the round one in the top left corner).
