Once you have a Jeton registration you will need to pass the verification process in order to deposit, send/withdraw money to your balance.
Account verification is an electronic Know Your Customer (KYC) process needed to confirm the holder’s identity. It’s also a requirement placed by international anti-laundering laws. When your account is verified we are able to protect your wallet from unauthorised transactions, and you will also be able to use all functionalities of Jeton.
To verify your account, please follow these steps.
- Log in to your Jeton Wallet
- Start Verification
You will see two main boxes ‘Quick Verification and ‘Upload Documents to Jeton’
- If you choose ‘Quick Verification’ you will need to take a photo of yourself holding your ID.
- For the ‘Upload Documents’ method you will have to upload a copy of your ID and proof of address such as bank statement for the past 3 months.
