Jeton Fan Rewards (“Fan Rewards”) is organized by Jeton Bank, trading as Jeton (“Organizer”).
By participating in the Fan Rewards, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
To qualify for participation in the Programme, the referring participant (“Participant”) must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a verified Jeton account.
- Be a resident of an EU country.
- Participants must be customers of Jeton at the time of entry.
How to Participate
To enter the Fan Rewards giveaway:
- Like and follow Jeton’s official Instagram page instagram.com/@jetonpayments.
- Tag a friend in the post
- Only one entry per Jeton account and Instagram account is allowed.
Start and End Date
- The Fan Rewards giveaway will run for 7 days, starting from 20.01.2025 and ending on 27.01.2025.
- The deadline for entries is 27.01.2025 at 11:59 PM (GMT).
Prize
- One participant will be selected at random to receive €100 credited to their Jeton account.
- The prize will be paid out in the local currency equivalent, depending on the participant’s country of residence.
- The reward will be reflected in the participant’s Jeton account within 7 days of them confirming their Jeton account details with the Jeton team.
Selection of Winner
- The winner will be selected randomly using a secure and impartial selection method.
- The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours after the conclusion of the giveaway. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected at the Organizer’s discretion.
General Conditions
- Jeton reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice, including in the event of fraud, technical difficulties, or any other reason beyond the Organizer’s control.
- The Fan Rewards campaign cannot be merged with other promotional campaigns or offers.
- The Participant can only participate once using one Jeton account and one Instagram account. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Exclusion of Liability
- Jeton is not responsible for any technical issues, such as system malfunctions or connectivity problems, that may prevent participants from entering or receiving the prize.
- Jeton reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
- Jeton is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses that may result from the Participant’s entry into the giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Data Protection
- By participating in this giveaway, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by Jeton in accordance with its privacy policy for the purposes of administering the giveaway.
- Participants’ data will not be shared with third parties for any marketing purposes, except as required for prize fulfillment.
Right to Modify Terms
- Jeton reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be communicated through official Jeton channels.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jeton operates. Disputes arising out of or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
